Hereford FC call out for volunteers to help improve stadium

By Ross Gazette sports reporter in Football

A merry band of volunteers have started work on improving the Hereford FC stadium toilets, as well as painting some of the worn metalwork around the ground.

If anyone would like to offer their help, there are several projects planned over the coming weeks and months. From renovation of the stadium toilets, to a general clean and tidy in and around the ground.

The tasks involved include general cleaning/tidying of the stadium, preparation work for builders/painters, painting and other manual tasks.

Hereford FC are looking for help during the week on either a Monday, Wednesday or Friday anytime between 10am-3pm. Just call into reception, there is no need to tell them in advance! You’ll be reporting to Stu Whitehurst, the Caretaker.

For those unable to help during the week, they will also be holding several painting/work weekends closer to the start of the season. Keep an eye out on the Hereford FC website for more details.
