Ross Quilters have hand made and donated 100 heart shaped cushions to Breast Cancer Haven in Hereford.
The cushions will be distributed to the women who attend Breast Cancer Haven, a charity in Hereford that provides free personalised care and support for anyone affected by Breast Cancer.
Rose Farrington, Corporate Fundraiser at Breast Cancer Haven said: “The cushions are so useful to women who have just undergone breast surgery as they provide protection and give support to the area that has been operated on as well as providing comfort. We are all so grateful to the Ross Quilters for their support as we help women to recover from surgery.”
Marilyn Reynolds, from Ross Quilters said: “Ross Quilters meet once a month, to learn new techniques, and to enjoy the world of patchwork and quilting. Each and every one of us knows of someone affected by Breast Cancer. It has become an annual commitment, to get together for a day and make Heart Cushions.”
