EMERGENCY services were in attendance following a crash on the A49 this morning (Friday, July 10).

West Mercia Police received reports around 7.30am and attended the scene with the Fire Service, who assisted with fluid left on the road.

The collision involved two cars at the junction of the A49 and the B4521 near Peterstow, and no serious injuries were reported.

The road cleared before 10.30am and traffic is running as normal.
