Russell Stephens, 37, from Leominster, pleaded not guilty to stealing cigarettes and tobacco to the value of £3,500, from Gwalia Stores in Ross-on-Wye on July 14th, 2018.

Mr Stephens appeared at Hereford Magistrates Court on August 29th, and was granted conditional bail and ordered not to enter Ross-on-Wye.
