An occupant of a property on Ledbury Road, Ross-on-Wye, noticed flames in their garden on Wednesday, March 9th at 1.50am.

They went outside to investigate, and found that the flames appeared to be coming from underneath their caravan. A van that had been parked outside the house sped away when the occupants of the property came outside.

The police were then called, and it has subsequently been found that a blow torch, or something similar, was used to try to cut the tow hitch lock off the caravan.
