Sarb Singh Virdee of Wolverhampton has been ordered to pay a total of £1,360 after he pleaded guilty at Hereford Magistrates Court of dumping cardboard boxes in Symonds Yat.
The assorted cardboard boxes, which were from a furniture delivery, were left in an access lane to the Welsh Water reservoir, off the B4229 on May 12th, 2017.
Virdee was fined £600, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £60 and to pay costs of £700.
