The crew from Ross Fire Station had a busy few days last weekend.

At 2am on Saturday 18th, the crew assisted at a large fire in Leominster. They used the Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS) to help tackle the blaze.

By 9am the Ross crew had returned to the station to clean and return the equipment.

At 2am on Sunday 19th, the Ross crews were called to an Automatic Fire Alarm AFA in Ross-on-Wye. They conducted a full investigation and found it was due to a fault on the system.

A spokesperson for Ross Fire Station said: "In between the fire calls, members of the station also attended a BA Refresher to make sure our skills are the best they can be!"
