Officers are looking to identify the persons in this image with regards to an incident that occurred at the Market Place in Ross-on-Wye.

A spokesperson for Ross-on-Wye SNT said: "We appreciate the quality is not great, any information is appreciated."

It is in relation to an incident that occurred on September 23rd at approximately 11.30pm.
