Rory John James, 23, of Smallbrook Gardens, Ross-on-Wye, was arrested on Monday, January 23rd and charged with aggravated vehicle taking and dangerous driving, using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and failing to stop a mechanically propelled vehicle when required by constable/traffic warden.

This follows an incident in Ross-on-Wye on August 6th last year.

He was bailed to appear at Hereford Magistrates’ Court on February 23rd.
