A vehicle that had been parked on Archenfield Road, Ross-on-Wye, was struck by another vehicle which failed to stop.

This incident is estimated to have taken place between 5pm on Monday, March 7th and 8am on Tuesday, March 8th.

The police were called and they assessed the scene. It is believed that the offending vehicle may be light blue in colour, as paint was left on the victim’s damaged car.
