Sharon Clare Harris, 45 of Harewood End, Ross-on-Wye pleaded guilty at Hereford Magistrates Court on August 8th to driving while over the limit for alcohol.

On July 18th she drove an Audi A4 on the A40 at Wilton, Ross-on-Wye while over the limit.

She was fined £600, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £60, to pay costs of £135 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for four years. This can be reduced by 12 months if by June 8th, 2019 the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
