[UPDATE] Shahram Ali who, earlier this month, pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving, has had his sentencing hearing delayed until next week.Mr Ali was due to appear in Hereford Crown Court tomorrow (Thursday, February 2nd) but this has been put back until next week.-Shahram Ali, who changed his plea to guilty to causing death by dangerous driving will appear at Hereford Crown Court for sentencing next week.
Shahram Ali, from Gloucester was involved in a collision with Ian Wemyss who died following the crash on the A49 near the Pilgrim Hotel in Much Birch on November 6th, 2015.
Ian, who grew up in Manchester but lived in Phocle Green near Ross-on-Wye, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital in Birmingham. He died three days later, on Monday, November 9th.
