A 32 year old Bridstow man who harassed a woman at a Cinderford High Street petrol station and also drove carelessly, has been ordered to pay £525 in fines, costs and surcharges.
At Cheltenham Magistrates court last week, Ashley Davies of The Claytons, Bridstow, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause alarm or distress to Kizzie Gunn on May 18th this year at Applegreen Service Station.
He also admitted driving without due care and attention in the High Street on the same occasion.
The magistrates classed it as a domestic violence case. They fined Davies £400 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £40 surcharge. They also imposed a one year restraining order banning him from making contact with Ms Gunn.See this week’s paper for more stories like this, available in shops and as a Digital Edition now.
