Five people were taken to Hereford Hospital in two ambulances yesterday, Sunday, September 17th.

At about 6pm two vehicles were involved in a collision at Glewstone, near Ross-n-Wye. Fire crews from Ross and Whitchurch attended but no persons were trapped and they made the vehicles safe.

An eight-year old boy suffered a left arm fracture, a four-year-old girl was bruised and a 35-year-old woman, who suffered abdominal pain, were in one car. In the other car a 66-year-old man suffered lacerations to his right knee as well as a dislocated left knee. A female passenger in this vehicle had minor injuries.
