A man in his 20s came off a motorbike, on the B4234, near Walford Timber on Tuesday night (September 20th).

The Emergency Services were called at 10.12pm. The first person on scene was an off-duty member of ambulance staff, who came across the incident.

The West Midlands Ambulance Service sent a rapid response vehicle, when they received the 999 call.

A spokesperson for the West midlands Ambulance Service told the Ross Gazette: “The (rapid response) staff updated that the man was uninjured. The response vehicle was only there for nine minutes!”

The police were called to the incident at 10.20pm. A 27 year-old man from Cinderford, Gloucestershire was arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit and for driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level was above limit.

He has been released on police bail until Monday, October 10th 2016.
