Theft was reported on Gloucester Road, Ross-on-Wye, at 6:30pm on Saturday, July 28th.

Five people stole plants from public planters in the street.

They were described as a female with dark skin and dark hair in a pony tail wearing a dark top and carrying a purple bag, a male with dark skin wearing a navy top, and three other younger males.
