A 22-year-old man from the West Midlands has been charged with the murder of Robert Eacock, who died in hospital in Hereford on Monday night.
Anthony Boyd from Willenhall in the West Midlands was charged late last night (February 1st). He remains in police custody and will appear at Hereford Magistrate’s Court today (February 2nd).
Mr Eacock died in hospital on Monday night (January 29th), after being stabbed during an incident on Hereford’s Commercial Street at around noon that day.
Police investigating the murder are seeking photos and/or video footage from anyone who was either driving or on foot in the area on Monday January 29th, the day Robert was killed.

Detective Chief Inspector Leighton Harding said "We have already arrested and charged a man with Robert’s murder. However, we would still like to hear from anyone who may have images or video to support our ongoing investigation.
"We are particularly interested in images or video taken on mobile phones, and dashcam footage from vehicles driving in the vicinity at around midday.
"Even photos or footage that seem insignificant to the owner could turn out to be useful to our investigation, so please get in touch."
