Police have issued E-fit images of two men they want to speak to in connection with a suspicious incident which happened in Coleford last month.

At about 10pm on Sunday, April 28th, a 15-year-old girl was walking along North Road when a small black car pulled up alongside her.

There were two males in the car who asked her several times to get in, but she refused and ran home.

The police say that the girl was not harmed and no offences appear to have been committed.

PC Rebecca Boon said: "We do not want people to be unduly alarmed by this incident, but to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity to police.

"We are releasing these E-fit images in the hope that someone may recognise the two men who were in the car so that we can talk to them and establish what their motives were.

"The driver, we believe, was wearing a blue Adidas tracksuit and both had distinctive accents.

"If you think you can help please call us on 101, quoting incident 407 of 28 April."
