Stefan Andrew Furman, 50, from Essex, was found guilty of sending text messages and voice mails of an indecent, grossly offensive nature, to a victim in Ross-on-Wye for the purpose of causing distress and anxiety.
Mr Furman pleaded guilty on June 27th, 2018, and was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £215. A restraining order was made for the defendant, whom he is no longer able to contact, save for via solicitors, children’s services or the Family Court for the purpose of child contact. He is also not allowed to enter the County of Herefordshire.
