At approximately 4.45pm on Saturday, February 17th a man entered Miles Morgan Travel, Ross-on-Wye and threatened people inside before leaving with a quantity of 715 Euros (£650 sterling).

The man is described as being either eastern European or middle eastern with a strong accent. He is between 5ft 6ins and 5ft 10ins tall, plump and in his late 40s. He had a dark stubbly beard and was wearing dark clothing.

Sergeant Sarah Bennett said: "This was clearly a distressing incident. Extensive enquiries are being made and anyone with information should get in touch.

"I’d ask people in the area to be on the lookout for a man fitting this description attempting to change an amount of Euros similar to the amount stolen."
