Shaun Kenneth Evans, 27, of Claytons, Ross-on-Wye, has been ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid community work and to pay victim services £85 and costs of £185 after he pleaded guilty to possession of a meat cleaver on the Ropewalk.
Evans was arrested on December 22nd, 2018. The meat cleaver was forfeited and ordered to be destroyed by Hereford Magistrates.
