Whilst a homeowner was in their workshop on Thursday, June 14th, at Aston Ingham, Ross-on-Wye, they saw a man in their garden. The man put his hands up and came over to the victim and said he was going around house-to-house in the village, asking if they wanted their windows cleaned. When the victim said they didn’t need cleaning, he ran and jumped over the fence and sped off.

The man was described as being approximately in his late 20s or early 30s, with olive skin and freckles, short curly black hair, and wearing a grey t-shirt with writing on, a black zip up hoody jacket, matching jogging bottoms and trainers.
