A court order imposing two injunctions has been made against James Walter Jay, of The Court, Hentland, Ross-on-Wye, prohibiting him from going on to his neighbours’ land.
The terms imposed on Jay prohibit him from entering his neighbours, Malcom and Barbara Harris’, land or interfering with their boundaries, along with other restrictions.
The injunctions were imposed following a five-day trial at the High Court in Birmingham. The order was imposed on July 11th, 2019.
The case focused on a pond constructed by Jay, close to the Harris’ boundary.
