[UPDATE] West Mercia Police have confirmed that Sophie Clayton, the 24-year-old woman who was reported missing from Herefordshire Monday evening (August 8th), has been located safe and well.---West Mercia Police are appealing to the public to help trace a missing Herefordshire woman.

Sophie Clayton, aged 24 was last seen leaving her home address in Pomona Place, Hereford yesterday afternoon (Monday, August 8th) at around 4:22pm.

Sophie is described as a slim white woman, approximately 5’ 3" tall with a pale complexion. She has green eyes and long mousey brown hair. Sophie has a bandage on her left arm, and was last seen wearing dark clothing and a red/burgundy coloured backpack.

She has known links to Worcester.

Police and Sophie’s family are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare. If you have seen a woman matching her description or know of Sophie’s whereabouts, please call West Mercia Police on 101.
