Update: West Mercia Police have confirmed John English has been found and is safe.West Mercia Police are appealing for help to find John English, aged 91, who has gone missing from his home in the Belmont area of Hereford.

John was reported missing at approximately 2.25pm today (Saturday, April 22nd). Concern is growing for his welfare and the police would like to make sure he is safe and well.

John is 6ft tall, has grey hair and is of quite a big build. He is wearing grey trousers and a pale coloured long-sleeve shirt, possibly with small brown check, and has a walking stick. He does wear glasses but it is not known if he has these with him.

Anyone who knows where John is, or who sees someone matching his description, is asked to call the police on 101 immediately.
