Two vehicles were seized from their owners in Old Market Close, Ross-on-Wye on Thursday, November 29th.

The owners had already been served Section 59 warning notices. This was following several reports of driving in an anti-social or inconsiderate manner.

Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002 warns the offending driver that if they drive or ride a vehicle in the same manner within 12 months of this being issued then the vehicle may be seized, no matter who it belongs to.

This applies to vehicles that are being or have been driven carelessly or without reasonable consideration on roads in a manner likely to cause alarm, distress or annoyance to members of the public.
