Holme Lacy Road, Hereford was closed earlier today and a cordon placed around a building site following the discovery of World War II military shell.
The shell was found today (February 22nd) on the Holme Lacy Road in Hereford following some excavation work on a site. The Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit were called, a 100m cordon was put in place and the area was evacuated.
