The Ross Gazette has recently highlighted police reports concerning vehicle thefts and burglaries. It is hoped that awareness of the crimes helps Ross residents be more vigilant, and in turn help the police catch the criminals.

Worrying figures show, however, that West Mercia Police are closing 3 in every 4 cases of vehicle thefts, and more than 80% of residential burglaries, without identifying suspects. This is the case in almost half of shoplifting cases too. See this week’s paper for more stories like this, available in shops and as a Digital Edition now
