Romeo and Juliet are coming to Ross-on-Wye, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Watch out for the romantic duo in a Romeo and Juliet scene performed from the balcony of Ross Market House on Saturday, February 13th at 12 noon.
The scene will be performed by members of The Courtyard Youth Theatre in conjunction with Made in Ross, the consortium of local artists occupying the Market House.
Aspiring performers Fletcher Garrard, Amber Evans, (both aged 14) Danii Tanner and Victoria Guilding (both aged 17) take on the Shakespeare classic in celebration of Valentine’s Day.
That’s not the only romantic treat in store, with a selection of perfect gifts for Valentine’s Day available to purchase from Made in Ross.
Eleanor Kercher, Chairperson of Made in Ross, said, “The Market House balcony is just the perfect setting and we hope people stop to take a look, or come up to see what Made in Ross have to offer for Valentine’s Day!”
Made in Ross is open Monday – Sunday 10am – 4pm in the Market House. For more information, visit www.courtyard.org.uk/madeinross.
