Madam, May I, through your paper, express my heart-felt gratitude, to all the people that came to my aid on Tuesday, November 20th. Whilst out walking with my dog on the Ashfield Industrial Estate, we were attacked by two Stafforshire-bull Terriers. Although we were not badly hurt, we were both shaken up.

I cannot thank the people who helped me enough for the kindness they showed me and my dog. Also, a big thank you to the community support officer who brought me home, and the Police for all their help and concern.
