MADAM, We wanted to express our gratitude to a special lady of Ross-on-Wye who has recently died. Mo Lloyd, the founder of TLC, known as Total Living Care, a close, family-run business more aptly called by staff and management as Tender Loving Care.

Mo was a person who many may not have known, but for those who did, she was a dedicated mother, a loving grandmother and a great support. She even supported the Community Hospital with funeral donations. But more importantly she was a friend whose door was always open, who listened, loved, cared and provided coffee.

Mo will be greatly missed but the team at TLC will continue to care in her memory.
