A woman who was struck on the head in a road rage incident in the Morrison's supermarket car park in Ross is devastated that the man who hit her has only been given a caution. Ann Davies told the Ross Gazette: "I was asked if I would accept an apology and I said no, I would like to have seen him punished in court."

The Community Care employee who works for Hands Care Agency is staying with friends since the incident as she is very shaky. She told the Gazette:?"I am in a bit of a state and I feel weepy."

Trouble started when Ann had finished her shopping in Morrisons on Sunday afternoon, October 17th. It was about 3.30pm and she was in a queue of cars leaving the car park travelling at about three miles per hour. Suddenly she looked up to see what she described as 'a wall of blue.' Then she heard a bang and felt the car move.
