Acclaimed Shropshire guitar duo Whalebone bring their Totally Plucked show to Bishopswood Village Hall near Ross-on-Wye on Saturday, November 16th. The concert will feature high energy acoustic music alongside haunting atmospheric tunes, played on acoustic guitars, baritone guitar, bouzouki and mandolin by guitarists Steve Downs and Char Watson.

’We’re really looking forward to playing an all-guitar duo show’, said Char Watson. ’We’ve performed as a trio for many years and this is a chance to tour with a fresh approach and a stage full of guitars!’

The show includes material from their latest album ’Mirabilia’, inventive interpretations of traditional music, rock classics and original material from their award winning albums. Previous concerts have been described as ’Guitars on fire!’ by audiences.
