A resident in the Spring Meadow cul-de-sac in Upton Bishop has reported several incidents of dangerous driving and harassment to the police.

Phocle Green Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) said that this appears to be on-going since at least January 19th. They added that it is unknown at this time who or what is the intended ’target’ of this behaviour by the driver.

The NHW has posted a warning on its Facebook page saying that: “it won’t be tolerated by the residents and a report of these incidents have all been made to West Mercia Police and each and every incident will continue to be reported to them.”

The vehicle appears to be a dark grey or black, Citroen Cactus with roof bars. There is a single occupant who appears to be male. He drives into the cul-de-sac, turns, lines up in the centre of the road, cranks his music up loud then wheel spins out onto the main road without stopping or giving way to traffic and ’floors it’ away, usually in the direction of the Moody Cow.

If anybody has any information or idea as to the identity of the driver and/or the vehicle registration, please privately contact Phocle Green NHW who will pass on the details to the Police.
