AIMÉE YOUNG, from Ross,
helped Wales to victory over
England in the Six Nations
Ladies Tournament on February14th.
It was Aimée's fifth cap for
Wales, she came on as substitute
and scored Wales' second
try. They beat the England
team by 16 - 15 points.
This weekend, Aimee and
the squad will be playing
against France at Montaubon,
near Toulouse, in another
round of the Six Nations Tournament.
Aimée played twice for the
University of Wales in Cardiff
at Twickenham and she still
turns out for the UWIC team in
the League on Sundays.
Aimée intends to become a
PE teacher and when she is not
on the Rugby field she works
as a classroom assistant with
special needs children at a
school in Cardiff.
In September she will start
her Teacher Training course.
