A West Midlands Air Ambulance was called to Ross-on-Wye yesterday (Wednesday, September 23rd) to a patient, believed to need life-saving care.
The helicopter landed in a field near to Old Market Close, at around 12pm. A spokesman from the West Midlands Air Ambulance confirmed they were called, but explained that as the call was made to a private address, not much more information could be given; providing more details could contradict the patient’s medical confidentiality entitlement.
An eyewitness told the Ross Gazette that the patient did not leave in the Air Ambulance.
