ALLSORTS were runners-up in the Wye Valley League last season, but had to say farewell to some key players. Their first match of the season was a disappointing loss of 23-8 against Monmouth 1st. However, with new players settling in the team, the next match against Monmouth 2nd was much better.

Goal defence, Claire Godwin, kept firm control of the defending circle and successfully managed to switch the flow of play back up court to the shooters. Also strong for Allsorts were centre Tricia Walker and wing defence, Gaynor Raine.
