UPDATE Officers searching for missing 81-year-old Eileen Williams from Leominster have this afternoon (Friday, March 8th) discovered a woman's body near Stoke Prior.The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time and Mrs Williams' family has been informed. Police are awaiting formal identification.Inspector Darren Godsall said: "We're sad to report we have discovered a woman's body. We are in regular contact with Mrs Williams' family and ensuring they continue to receive support. I'd like to ask for their privacy to be respected at this difficult time."West Mercia Police is appealing for help to locate a missing woman from Leominster.

Eileen Williams, 81, was last seen at around 8.30am on Thursday, March 7th on Ridgemoor Road in Leominster.

She is described as white, approximately 5’, of medium build, with short white hair, and may be wearing a light coloured coat.

Officers are growing increasingly concerned for Eileen’s welfare and would urge anyone who may have seen her to please call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident number 108s of 7 March 2019.
