Madam, I agree with the Archbishop of Canterbury that 'The Big Society' appears to be 'aspirational waffle'. But what actually is 'The Big Society', what exactly does it stand for, and how can it be attained?

One would have thought that since he actually is the author of a book titled 'The Big Society' that Mr Norman would have read the context within which the Archbishop had made his remarks and given your readers his opinion on them.

If he would do this we all could have a more informed discussion.
