Herefordshire humanists have had a successful year which was topped off when the British Humanist Association unexpectedly presented them with an award for best New Partner Group for 2016.
The award was presented to founder and chairman Connor Bevan, for creating a new succesful Partner Group that provides an important service for humanists in Herefordshire.
Their next event is taking place at the White Lion in Wilton, Ross-on-Wye on November 25th. Gregg Taylor will talk about Assisted Dying and the continued fight for its legalisation, which has been one of the greatest causes for humanism for some time now. The talk promises to be relevant, informative and stirring - and the group would love to see some new people attend what should be a very popular event.
