AFTER a seven week break due to the bad weather of snow and ice plus the Christmas holidays, the Ross boys were delighted to be playing again and back in action on the pitch.
The opponents were Golden Valley based over at Kingstone and the game was the Cup Quarter Finals.
The pitch was in good condition but the edges and goalmouth still bore witness to the recent inclement weather conditions of snow and ice. It was also a bitterly cold morning. Not exactly an auspicious start to the New Year. The Ross boys, however, were not daunted and played a game that would take them through to the semi finals.
