The weather was beautiful and the town looked good, with cleaner pavements and the grass had been cut. It was a perfect bank holiday to spend in Ross and many visitors took advantage of the free parking and did just that. However it is disappointing that while most people were making the most of the beauty that surrounds them in Ross, there are a few who seem to want to spoil things.

Using spray paints and brute force they break and destroy anything they feel like. Sadly it spoils things for visitors and those who work and live in Ross.

It is worrying that people who make a tremendous effort to improve the town, those who have worked at Blake Garden or are trying to come up with new play equipment for children will be disheartened. I hope they will realise that the majority applaud their efforts.
