Ross Cricket Club's Second XI entertained Barnard Green's Fourth XI at The Park on Saturday, August 22nd, and chose to bat first.
Ross got off to a good start scoring at 4 runs an over for the first 17 overs. Openers Chris Ball (30) and Nick Tregaskes (14) were removed by the change bowlers Dave Price (12-6-21-2) and G Badderley (12-1-50-3). Stuart Tucker (40) kept the score board ticking over, but the middle and lower order were removed cheaply.
