MADAM, There was an advert in last week's Gazette about advanced driving, saying that drivers aged 17-30 could attend a free course and be sponsored to become an Advanced Driver.
When you hear about the number of accidents on Herefordshire's roads, it really makes you think that maybe every young person – in fact all of us – should take some further driving training.
I recently joined a group of people who run a charity – Herefordshire Advanced Motorists – to help improve the standards of drivers on our roads.
Courses are starting soon, and drivers will not only learn a great deal and be safer on the roads, they will also enjoy driving much more and save money. For details, call Mary Bevan on 01874 712267, or write to mary [email protected]">[email protected].
