Taurus Crafts are upping the ante this year, they will be expanding their annual Beer festival to incorporate a selection of the regions finest Cider makers. The event will be renamed ‘The Beer and Cider Fayre’. The event will also extend into the evening and include more live music. Featuring a range of beer and cider makers alongside food, BBQ and café there will be something to tempt all visitors. The live music will keep the crowds entertained and children’s activities on site will provide a creative outlet for all the family in the daytime.
With the makers offering tasters you can find your favoured tipple before buying a fresh draught pint or even taking home a few bottles to sample later.
The event starts at midday when the Taurus Crafts’ visitor centre is open so people can browse the many artisan businesses, farm shop and gift shop in between sampling local drinks and food. With live music running into the evening there is an opportunity to kick back and relax while finally deciding which of the many brews on site is your favourite.
The event takes place on Saturday, May 21st from 12pm until 9.30pm. Taurus Crafts is easy to find, located on the A48 just outside Lydney. There is a large free car park and no entrance fee to the event
