MADAM, I was also caught recently registering 35 mph at Lea. From the 25mph, 90 degrees bend where the B4224 (Crow Road) comes in, it is downhill (see the contour lines) down past the camera. Without realising it the speedometer needle creeps up. For this 'crime' one is fined £60 plus an endorsement. By paying another £20, total £80, one is gently rebuked with no endorsement. They want your money.
