Library staff and users were shocked to discover that Ross Library had been broken into over the weekend. Helen Holmes, library assistant, has worked at Ross Library for five years. When she opened up on Monday morning, August 22nd she saw that an internal door had been kicked in and the safe was open.

She told the Ross Gazette:? "I felt quite violated. It's my place of work and although no one was hurt, I felt really shocked that someone had come in and gone through all of our stuff.
