WEDDING ceremonies will be returning to the Old Chapel in Cantilupe Road after Councillors unanimously voted through a notice of motion at Monday evening's Town Council meeting supporting the move. It was further resolved to establish Ross Town Hall in the same building and move the Council office into these premies and look for ways to raise income from the Corn Exchange. While Councillors Cutter and Mayo expressed some concern at the motion, others echoed Cllr Edwards when he said: "We've got to demostrate we're doing something.
