Broad Street in Ross was closed on Wednesday, May 9th for several hours while Ross Fire Service attended to an incident at the junction of New Street and Broad Street.

A lorry which had been attempting to make the turn from New Street into Broad Street got attached to a piece of the scaffolding erected at the front of the Barnardo’s shop building.

Spectators gathered to see the damage and also to see traffic moving up Broad Street, which has not been seen very often since the one way system came into play.
