The site and facilities are constantly expanding, and introduced at the end of 2017, was their new van hire service which is ideal for people wishing to move themselves.

James said: It’s a partnership. We recommend each other - they send customers our way, we send customers their way.”

Lindsey told the Ross Gazette: “People can phone us directly or we get emails regarding online queries and people wanting to book appointments.

“We can see their details and the site location and then we can give them a call and a price.”

James said: “Most of the customers are local, within 10 miles of the sites. We mostly get people who are downsizing, moving home, and local small businesses.”

The business also takes pride in assisting and giving back to the community, helping people to make their goals a reality. In the past they have sponsored local grass roots football teams, provided someone with a new kitchen, supplied a personal trainer for a year and much more.

James said: “We sponsor the Ross Juniors football team, and we are also are sponsoring The Royal British Legion to mark their centenary, which marks the end of WWI.

“To pay tribute to this, we have placed a silent soldier outside our Phocle Green site on the Ledbury Road.”
